Longmore Ave, Mesa, AZ 85202 (Store #16765). Excluded: All other employees, including Pharmacists, office clerical employees, guards, confidential employees, managerial employees, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Baristas, Shift Supervisors. Excluded: Store Managers, Asst. Store Managers, office clericals, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All non-supervisory, full time, and part time physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists employed by the Employer at the Olympia, WA facility.
