Exclusive to Whatcom County, the bargaining unit shall include Physician Assistant (PA), Accounting IV, Administrative Support III, Maintenance II, Maintenance III, Medical Records II, Medical Records III, Medical Records IV, and On-call staff. Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Baristas and Shift Supervisors employed by the Employer at its store located at 180 West Broadway, New York, NY 10007. Excluded: All store managers, assistant store managers, office clericals, confidential employees, guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined by the Act.
