Description of Proposed Unit Included: All full-time and regular part-time certified and non-certified staff including teachers, school librarian, school nurse-teacher, social worker, guidance counselor, dean of student culture, academic dean, teaching partners (teachers' aides), student success manager, school secretary, athletic coordinators, custodian, and Assistant to Upper School Principal/Data Manager employed by the Employer at its Upper School facility in Providence, RI Excluded: All other employees, administrative assistants, site managers, temporary agency employees, and guards, professional employees and supervisors as denied in the National Labor Relations Act.
