Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Warehouse Associates, Warehouse Leads, Warehouse Assistant Leads, and Receivers. Excluded: All other employees, supervisors, managers, and guards as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Present Unit: Petitioner is the bargaining representative of all full-time and regular part-time employees of the Sierra Club working for the National office, except: employees represented by another labor organization, confidential employees, managers, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act. Proposed Unit: Petitioner seeks to clarify the above-described unit to include all Sierra Club employees in the bargaining unit currently represented by the Sierra Employee Alliance (“SEA”), which includes all full-time and regular part-time employees employed at the Employer’s Oakland headquarters. The proposed unit description is: All full-time and regular part-time employees of the Sierra Club working for the National offices and Oakland headquarters, except: confidential employees, managers, and supervisors as defined by the Act.
