Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Groundmen; Operators A, B, and C; Foremen A, B, and C; and Trimmers A, B, and C employed by the Employer at its 300 Morton Avenue, Martinsville, Indiana. Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees. However, Notification Specialists are neither included in nor excluded from the bargaining unit covered by this certification, inasmuch as the parties did not agree on the inclusion or exclusion of notification specialists but agreed to vote them
