Excluded: Supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time & part time Education Department Program Aides employed by the employer at the San Diego Zoo Excluded: All other Employees, guards and Supervisors as defined in the Act, as amended.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Licensed Practical Nurses employed and working at the Medical Services Unit (MSU) or a Health Station at 15251 Pleasant Valley Road, Center City, MN 55012. Excluded: All Supervisors, Managerial employees, confidential employees, and guards as defined in the Act, and all other employees not listed above.
