Unit Sought: Included: All hourly employees of all General Porpoise cafes/doughnut shops, and commissary kitchen and bakery operated by General Porpoise Doughnuts and Coffee LLC to include baristas and bakers, and hourly leads who perform the same work as one of the aforementioned roles. Excluded: Employees of other restaurants and bars operated as separate DBAs under the similarly named General Porpoise LLC (eg Bateau), executives under the Sea Creatures brand, and supervisors as defined under the NLRA.

Unit Sought: Included: Barista, prep cooks and shift leads. Excluded: All other employees, supervisors, managers, and guards.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part-time Shared Group maintenance employees of the Employer in the State of Wisconsin. Excluded: All managerial employees, confidential employees, business office clerical employees, guards and supervisors, as defined by the Act.
