Unit Sought: Included: All employees employed by the Employer at the Pasco plant, sheds, and adjacent properties where commodities are stored and processed, including, but not limited to, maintenance, evaporator operators, lab technicians, sanitation technicians, dryer operators, wet processing operators, powder technicians and/or powder packaging, and milk receiving. Excluded: Office staff, office clerical, managers and supervisors under the Act, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time field employees employed by the employer and working on the Silvertip Pipeline from the Billings refinery (including the Silvertip Station, the Edgar Station, the Laurel Meter, Billings Meter, and the Billings Station) Excluded: All other employees, including contract and temporary employees, office clerical and professional employees, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
