Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees of the Employer not already represented by another labor organization, including but not limited to Investigators, Social Workers, Senior Mitigation Social Workers, Administrative Assistants, Computer systems Administrators, Assistant Computer Systems Administrators, Client Service Coordinators, Office Managers, and Interpreters Excluded: Guards, supervisors, managers and confidential employees as defined by the Act and employees already represented by another labor organization.
