Excluding: Cashiers, oil change and lube workers, managers, supervisors, and guards as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time production and maintenance employees employed by the Employer at its facility in Orwell, OH. Excluded: All temporary employees, office clerical and professional employees, confidential employees, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
