Unit Sought: Included: all hourly employees of all General Porpoise cafes/doughnut shops, and commissary kitchen and bakery operated by General Porpoise Doughnuts and Coffee LLC to include baristas and bakers, and hourly leads who perform the same work as one of the aforementioned roles. Excluded: employees of other restaurants and bars operated as separate DBAs under the similarly named General Porpoise LLC (eg Bateau), executives under the Sea Creatures brand, and supervisors as defined under the NLRA.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time construction workers employed at Employer's New Jersey jobsites. EXCLUDED: All drivers, office clerical employees, confidential employees, guards and supervisors within the meaning of the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Baristas and Shift Supervisors. Excluded: Store Managers; office clericals, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time and part-time night auditors. Excluded: All other employees.
