Unit Sought: Included: All full-time, regular part-time, and per diem Registered Nurses employed by the Employer and working at Cayuga Medical Center and its offsite facilities in Ithaca NY, including Charge Nurses, RN Clinical Educators, RN Team Leads, SSRNs, RN Clinical Coordinators, RN Case Managers, RN Mental Health Evaluators, RN First Assist, and RN House Supervisors. Excluded: Registered nurses in the Pain Management Department, employees employed by Cayuga Medical Associates, supervisors, managerial employees, confidential employees and guards as defined by the Act.
