Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Heavy Equipment Operators employed by the Employer and working out of its facilities located in Lacey, WA; Rainier, WA; and Rochester, WA. Excluded: Office clerical employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors.

Excluded: All office and clerical workers, supervisors and security guards defined by the Act. Also, all other workers covered by another collective bargaining agreement.
