Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees employed by the Employer whose duties are under the control and supervision of the Pathologists who direct the activities of the Clinical Laboratory, and employees classified as Histotechnologists, Pathology Technicians, Histology Technicians, Cytology Technologists, Clinical Laboratory Scientists, Senior Clinical Laboratory Scientists, and Supervisory Clinical Laboratory Scientists, employed by the Employer at its Oakland and Walnut Creek locations. Excluded: Phlebotomists, Laboratory Aides and Assistants, Blood Gas Technicians, Dieners, administrative personnel, Clinical Laboratory Managers, clerical employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time, regular part-time, and per diem non-professional employees employed by the Employer. Excluded: All employees in the Accounting, Information Technology, and Human Resources Departments; Compliance Coordinators, Communication Coordinators, Clinical Data Analysts, Quality Improvement Program Assistants, confidential employees, managers, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
