Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time, including per diem*, technical employees. Eligible to vote are all employees in the unit who have worked an average of four (4) hours or more per week during the 52 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election. NOTE: Petitioner seeks an Armour/Globe election to include the petitioned-for employees in the parties existing collective bargaining unit covering Mountain Top Senior and Rehab Center, which was certified Case No. 04-RC-158190.
