Petitioner petitions for a self-determination election allowing employees to decide whether they want to be included in an existing unit of banquet department employees, including banquet captains, banquet servers, and banquet set up employees employed by the Employer at Thompson Chicago Hotel, 21 E Bellevue Pl, Chicago, IL 60611. Excluded: All other employees not employed in the classifications identified as “Included” in the unit, casual employees, office clerical employees, guards, professional employees, and supervisors, as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time baristas and shift managers. Excluded: Store manager and other statutory exclusions.

Unit Sought: Included: Per the Union's demand for recognition: All full-time, regular part-time and on-call Diagnostic Imaging Equipment Service Technicians employed by the Employer at the facility located at 1000 Nut Tree Rd., Vacaville, California and 1200 B Gale Wilson Blvd Fairfield, California. Excluded: All other employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act.
