Unit Sought: Involved: All full time and regular part-time Baristas, Shift Supervisors, and Assistant Store Managers employed by the Employer at its facility currently located at 837 North 7th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85007 Excluded: All Store Managers, Officer Clericals, Guards and Supervisors as defined by the Act
