Unit Sought: Included: Ecole Bilingue de Berkeley contends that only positions that are eligible and share a community of interest with the other proposed positions should be included in the unit. Because the request for recognition does not include specificity as to the scope of the proposed unit as it relates to positions covered, the school is unable to determine the extent to which these eligibility considerations apply and reserves it right to supplement this response upon receiving more information.
