Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and part-time stage production employees employed by the Employer, including but not limited to all stage carpentry, electrical, property, audio-visual, lighting, pyrotechnic, rigging backstage setup work, and all other related work recognized as traditionally falling within the jurisdiction of the Unions, including employees in the following classifications: audio engineer, lead audio engineer, production technician, lead production technician, production manager, lighting director, stagehand, and technical director. Excluded: office clerical employees guard, professional employees, and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act (the "Act).

Unit Sought: All full-time, regular part-time, and casual Registered Nurses employed in the Health Partners Park Nicollet 3rd floor Non-Invasive Cardiology Clinic (to be added to the existing RN unit) at Health Partners Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital 6500 Excelsior Blvd St. Louis Park, MN 55426. All Supervisors, Managerial employees, confidential employees, and guards as defined in the Act, and all other employees not listed above.

Unit Sought: Included: All apprentices (lineman or groundsman), 3rd class linemen, 2nd class linemen, 1st class linemen, Service linemen, and engineering techs employed by the employer. Excluded: All other employees, including staking techs, office clerical employees, professional employees, guards, and supervisors within the meaning of the Act

Unit Sought: Included: Full-time and regular part-time service and maintenance employees employed by the Employer at Augustana Chapel View Homes, Inc., including nonsupervisory registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, registered nursing assistants, cooks and culinary assistants, maintenance technicians, custodians, health unit coordinators, housekeeping and laundry aides, activities and assisted living staff, transportation aides, subject to the exclusion listed separately. Excluded: Confidential employees, directors, casual/on-call employees, office and clerical staff, guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Territory Managers, Yard Laborers, and Drivers. Excluded: All other employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
