Unit Sought: Included: All full-time, part-time, and casual employees in classifications in Appendix A employed by the employer. For the purposes of voting in the election, the following job classifications are currently eligible: Back Lead, Counselor, Director of Nursing, Front Desk Intake, Front Lead, Imaging Assistant, Lab Technician, Medical Assistant, Nurse, Observation Technician, Phone Flex, Registered Nurse, Ultrasound Technician Excluded: Managerial employees, temporary employees, confidential employees, guards, and supervisors as defined under the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All non-exempt, full-time and regular part-time kitchen and environmental staff employed by the Employer as certified by the National Labor Relations Board in Case No. 19-RC-264750. Excluded: Other unrepresented employees, professional employees, managers and guards and supervisors as described in the Act.
