Excluded: Any and all other employees, office clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined under the Act.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: The petitioner already represents a unit of all full-time and regular part-time mechanics employed by the Employer at its 700 Kapkowski Road, Elizabeth, New Jersey facility. This petition seeks a self-determination election for a unit of all full-time and part-time Systems Operators, including but not limited to Crane Operators, OSR Operators and Sorter Operators.
