Included: All full-time, regular part-time and per diem Bereavement Counselors III and Volunteer Program Specialists employed by the Employer at its facility located at 1025 Atlantic Avenue, Suite 100, Alameda, California, to be added to the existing bargaining unit represented by NUHW. Unit Sought: Included: All STNAs, CNAs, Restorative Aides and Transportation Drivers. Excluded: Guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part-time Sprinkler Construction Technicians employed by the Employer out of its office currently located at 6709 Guada Coma Drive, Schertz, TX 78154. Excluded: All other employees, clericals, guards, professional employees, managerial employees, and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full- and part-time warehousemen employed by Elwell Trucking, to be added by a self determination election to the existing unit of drivers represented by Petitioner. Excluded: All other employees, managers, supervisors, and guards as defined by the National Labor Relations Act.
