Unit Sought: Included: All employees performing guard duties as defined in section 9(b)(3) of the national labor relations act, employed by Gerda World Security Services @ 1669 Garrott Ave, Moncks Comer, SC 29461 Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the act.

Unit Sought: Description of Present Union: Included: All employees in the production of theatrical shows, concerts, meetings and other events including employees performing caq, entry, electrical rigging, sound, lighting, props, audio-visual, truck loading and unloading and other stage services. Bargaining Unit Employees shall include the following classifications: Production Stage Manager, Lead Technicians, Assistant Technicians, Key Technicians and other production Technicians. Excluded: All other employees, including management, office and clerical employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act. Description of Proposed Unit: Included: All employees, excluding the Production Stage Manager engaged in the production of theatrical shows, concerts, meetings and other events, including employees performing carpentry, entry, electrical rigging, sound, lighting, props, audio-visual, truck loading and unloading and other stage services. Bargaining Unit Employees shall include the following classifications: Lead Technicians, Assistant Technicians, Key Technicians and Other Production Technicians Excluded: All other employees, including management, office and clerical employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act, including the Production Stage Manager.
