Unit Sought: Included: All registered Veterinary Technicians employed by the Employer at the San Diego Zoo Excluded: All other Employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, as amended.

Unit Sought: Within the last six months, the Employer, through its officers, supervisors, and agents, has restrained and coerced employees in the exercise of their Section 7 rights by (1) refusing the Union reasonable access to bargaining-unit employees working at its facilities without good cause; (2) unilaterally changing the terms of Union access and/or unilaterally continuing emergency changes to access beyond the term of the emergency; (3) modifying the CBA midterm by denying the Union access to the Employer's facilities; (4) denying the Union access to the Employer's facility in order to impede upcoming bargaining for a successor CBA; and (5) discriminatorily denying access to the Union while granting access to others.
