10. REASON WHY PETITIONER DESIRES CLARIFICATION:
CNA is a new title at the facility and the work being performed by the CNAs is similar, or the
same, as that performed by bargaining unit employees, including patient care technicians. CNAs
share a community of interest with the bargaining unit employees.
