Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All regular full-time and regular part-time food and beverage, banquets, housekeeping and environmental services employees; casino marketing/player development employees; VIP guest service representatives; sports book employees; slot change and carousel employees; slot mechanics and slot techs; engineering department employees (maintenance and skilled trades); and shipping and receiving employees; employed by the Employer at its Shelbyville, Indiana facility. EXCLUDED: All office clerical employees; professional employees; confidential employees; seasonal employees; and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act; and all other employees. 12. Three labor organizations are known to have a representative interest in the unit described above.

Unit Sought: Included in Unit: all full-time and regular part-time armed and unarmed Nuclear Security Officers performing guard duties as defined in Section 9(b)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act, employed by Southern Nuclear Operating Company at Plant Vogtle One and Two, as certified by the National Labor Relations Board Case No. 10-RC-145905, and Plant Vogtle Three and Four by accretion. Excluded from Unit: all office clerical employees, professional employees, managers and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.
