Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time cashiers, professional pet stylists and pet stylists in training, professional bathers, pet products associates, pet care specialists, area pet trainers, pet training instructor Ils, and associate leads employed by the Employer at its facility located at 4540 Grape Road, Mishawaka, Indiana. EXCLUDED: All store leaders, assistant store leaders, office clerical employees, professional employees, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees. OTHERS WHO MAY BE PERMITTED TO VOTE: Merchandising & inventory leaders, pet salon leaders, customer engagement leaders, and seasonal employees may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.

Unit Sought: Included: The petitioner already represents all hourly paid production, maintenance, plant clerical, shipping, warehouse employees and janitors at the above location. This petition seeks a self-determination election for the presently unrepresented full-time and regular part-time Lab Tech employees. Excluded: Excluded from the bargaining unit are the office clerical, confidential secretaries, quality control, professional, technical, scientific, research and development and guards and supervisory employees as defined in the Act.
