Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time journeyman linemen, apprentice linemen, staking techs, tree trimmers, apprentice tree trimmers, line foremen and vegetation management supervisors employed by the Employer at it's facilities located at 110 Enterprise St, Girard, Kansas, 110 S. 6th Street, Mound City, Kansas and 102 E. 1st. Street, Gas, Kansas Excluded: Office clerical employees, professional employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time Equipment Operators, Plant Operators, and Groundpersons employed by the Employer at its 4746 State Highway 29, Johnstown, NY facility. Excluded: Mobile Mechanics, Foremen, office clerical employees, administrative employees, guards, managers, supervisors and professional employees as defined in the Act, and all other employees.
