Unit Sought: Included: All drivers, including but not limited to road drivers, yard drivers, Multi-Purpose Vehicle (MPV’s), Lead Drivers at multiple locations throughout the United States. Excluded: All office, clerical, professional employees, guards, dispatchers, branch managers and assistant branch managers.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time production and maintenance employees including: production attendant, maintenance and electrical technicians, heavy equipment operator, shipping attendants, bagging operators, laboratory technicians, and storeroom attendants. All agency and joint employees, office, clerical, and professional employees, control room operators, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
