Unit Sought: Included: All Captains and Chief Mates employed by the Employer in the Oceans/Project Services Division on the Employer’s ocean towing vessels. Excluded: All other employees, including engineers, cooks, and non-licensed deck officer employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time warehouse employees employed at the Employer's Baltimore, Maryland warehouse, who are not currently recognized as being included in the contractually recognized unit of the Employer’s Show Site employees. Excluded: Drivers, office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
