Unit Sought: All spotters and drivers assigned to the JCI Shelbyville, Kentucky facility All office clerical, dispatchers, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time journeyworkers and apprentices. Excluded: Guards, professional employees, supervision and office"clerical" employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time journeyworkers and apprentices employed by the employer as plasterers. Excluded: Guards, professional employees, supervision and office "clerical" employees.

Unit Sought: Included: As described in the expired collective bargaining agreement: This Agreement is intended to promote and maintain the exercise of mutual rights and responsibilities in a professional and courteous manner. The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agency for employees covreed by this Agreement. This Agreement shall apply to employees working in the following classifications: Housekeeper, Food Service, Laundry, Maintenance, Chauffeur, Gardener, Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). This Agreement shall not apply to executives, administrative, professional, office or clerical employees, or to employees presently represented by any other collective bargaining agent recognized by the Employer, or to supervisory personnel with authority to hire and fire, or effectively to recommend such actioni. This Agreement shall also apply to non-represented employees that become part of the Union under Article I, Section 6 of this Agreement.
