Unit Sought: The unit is defined as all full-time and shared-time Court Security Officers (CSOs) and Lead Court Security Officers (LCSOs) employed by Centerra Group, a Constellis Company in the 5th Circuit, in the Eastern District of Louisiana, in the city of New Orleans, excluding all other employees including office clerical employees and professional employees as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All Full time and regular part time Service Technician, Bulk Driver, Delivery Representative and Route Driver. Excluded: All clerical Employees, confidential employees, and managers, guards and professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act. The Union seeks an Armour-Globe election to add this group to the existing unit working at two other locations of the Employer.
