Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time production and maintenance employees employed by the Employer at its facility currently located in Coon Rapids, MN. Excluded: Office clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors, as defiend in the Act, and all non-John Deere temporary employees.

Unit Sought: Included all full time and regular part time emergency medical technicians (EMT's), paramedics, materials management employees, system status controllers (SSC's), and feet technicians, employed by the Employer at 12490 Ulmerton Road, Largo, Florida, including those employees who work at the Employer's Ulmerton Road location under the Employer's velcro program. Excluded registered nurses, office clerical employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
