Unit Sought: All employees employed by the employer on a part time, per diem, or casual basis performing show sight handling and placing of pipe, bases, drape, tables, table draping, erecting or dismantling display booths and/or exhibits, modular systems, pegboards, tack boards, drape hung or rigged, carpeting, furniture, platforms, I.D. signs within booth, floor marking, wastebaskets, aisle banners, signage, table risers and Association work and rolling of aisle carpet. Show site freight services work, including all employees employed in loading unloading, handling and placing of freight equipment, storage and replacing empties, general labor, exhibit freight, association freight, small packages, checkers, material handlers, fork lift operators, rigging, exhibit and machine rigging, and other freight related duties, but excluding all employees engaged in truck driving, all professional employees, salesperson, customer service representatives, graphics production employees, show carpet cleaners, officer clerical employees, guards and supervisors.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Carpet and Drape Department employees. Excluded: All other employees including office, clerical, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and partime weather observers employeed by the Employer at its Tallahassee weather station. Excluded: All other employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act, as amended.
