Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular, part-time security guards (including lead security guards, if utilized) performing services for the Company under the Contract (as defined below) in and around the cities of Detro?t Michigan ?perating area {Local 289) Excluded: excluding all office clerical employee professional employees, managers.non-security personnel, sergeants, lieutenants, Captains, assistant project manager, project manager, applicants, candidates, pre­employment trainees, and supervisors, as def?ned by the National Labor Relations Act, as amended and all other employees of the Employer, pursuant to the Employer's contract with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security., ("Contract").

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time security officers performing guard duties as defined in Section 9(B)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act, working for the Employer at at various locations in New York (LaGuardia Airport, New York Air Route Traffic Control Center (ZNY), New York Terminal Radar Approach Control (TRACON) N90), New Jersey (Newark Liberty International Airport Excluded: all other employees, office clerical employees, professional employees, captains, lieutenants, sergeants, corporals and supervisors as defined in the Act.
