Unit Sought: Included: All crane operators, certified crane operators, mechanics, welders, certified welders, heavy duty repairmen, heavy equipment operators, working foremen, oilers, painters and Class A Drivers employed by the Employer in or out of its yards in Baldwin Park and Azusa, California. Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time field service mechanics and warehouse prep-mechanics and coin collectors Excluded: All managers, supervisors, truck drivers, office/clerical and all others as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All service and maintenance employees employed by the Employer, pursuant to a contract with the Puerto Rico Port Authority, at its place of business in the Luis Muñoz Marín Airport located in Carolina, Puerto Rico. Excluded: All other employees, including those employed to provide maintenance services to American Airlines, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All Maintenance personnel in the Maintenance Department including Laborers, Painters, Carpenters and Pool Operators employed by the Employer located at 3500 Las Vegas Blvd. South in Las Vegas, Nevada. Excluded: Security Guards, Secretaries and other personnel defined by the act.
