Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part time plumbers and helpers employed by the Employer out of its Goshen, Kentucky facility. Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time, regular part-time and on-call lobby and breakfast attendants. Petitioner petitions for a self-determination election allowing the aforementioned employees to decide whether they want representation by Petitioner, and if so, whether they want to be included in an existing bargaining unit represented by Petitioner and consisting of the Employer's housekeeping and laundry employees. Excluded: All other employees not represented by the Petitioner and not employed in the classifications identified as "Included" in the unit, guards, professional employees, clerical employees, managerial employees, and supervisors as defined by the Act.
