Excluded: All other employees, leads, managerial employees, supervisory employees, professional employees, clerical employees, and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full-time and part-time employees who work as Front Desk employees, Front Desk SOD, Climbing Instructors and Coaches (summer or otherwise), Youth Coaches, General Belay workers, Routesetters (including Hold Washers), Yoga Instructors, Private Coaches, Local Content Creators, and all other part-time and full-time nonexempt positions employed by the Employer at and out of its Movement Valhalla facility located at 1 Commerce St, Valhalla, NY 10595 EXCLUDED: All office clericals, managers, assistant managers, supervisors and guards as defined by the Act, including Gym Director, Assistant Gym Director, Head Routesetter, Head Coach, and Program Manager.
