Description of Proposed Unit: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Field Installers I, Field Installers II, Fabrication Shop Assistants, CDL Drivers, Field Installer Leads, and Shop Foremen employed by the Employer at and out of its facility currently located at 18530 South Broadway, Gardena, California. Excluded: All other employees, temporary employees, office clerical employees, sales employees, dispatchers, engineers, professional employees, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All Full Time and Part Time workers employed by the Employer at 284 Broadway, Cambridge, MA 02139, and at 110 N First St, Cambridge, MA 02141 who perform work or services consisting of, related to or incidental to preparing and serving food and beverages, cleaning the Employer’s facilities, and brewing, crafting, bottling, packaging or storing of the beverages and products produced by Employer, including but not limited to Production Workers, Lead Bartenders, Bartenders, Barbacks, Lead Baristas, Baristas, Kitchen, Cleaning, and Distribution/Distro. Excluded: All office clerical employees, managerial employees, professional employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Plumbers employed by the Employer out of its facility located at 4315 N. Thompson St, Springdale, AR 72764. Excluded: All other employees, guards, professional employees, clerical employees, managerial employees, and supervisors as defined by the Act.
