Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time employees of the Employer employed at: 1220 Diamond Way # 140, Concord, CA 94520. Excluded: All office clericals, seasonal employees, janitorial employees, supervisors and guards as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All bulk drivers, geo drivers, full service drivers, relief drivers, and in-CDL-truck driver helpers employed by the Employer at its Rock Hill, South Carolina facility.
