EXCLUDED: All temporary employees, agency and joint employees, office clerical employees, professional employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: Group A: All full-time, regular part-time, and per diem professional employees, including: Behavioral Health Therapists, Chronic Care Management RNs, Dental Hygienists, Dentists, Medical Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Pharmacy Assistants, Physicians, Physicians Assistants, PRN Medical Assistants, PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), PRN Registered Nurses (RNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs), employed by El Centro Family Health at its health and dental clinics located at all of the addresses as listed on Attachment A to the Petition. Group B: All full-time, regular part-time, and per diem employees, including: Ambulator Care Compliance Assistants, Behavioral Health Therapist Community Health Workers, Clinic Coordinators, Clinic Receptionists, Community Health Workers, Custodians, Dental Clinic Receptionists, Executive Assistants, Human Resources Assistants, ISUD Support Specialists, Talent Acquisition Specialists, Clinic Managers, and Value Based Clinical Quality Coordinators, employed by El Centro Family Health at its health and dental clinics located at all of the addresses as listed on Attachment A to the Petition.
