Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, confidential employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: United Food & Commercial Workers International Union Local 1546 Excluded: All Cashiers, Stockers, Dairy workers, Bakery Workers, Produce Workers, Costumer Service, Janitors, Baggers, Deli Clerks, Deli Manager, Receivers, and all managerial employees, guards, professional employees, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
