Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Case Managers for Diverse Learners employed by the Employer at its facility currently located at 2714 W Augusta, Chicago, IL, to be included in the existing unit of all full-time and regular part-time Counselors; all full-time Academic Staff, including Teachers and Paraprofessionals, and all full-time and regular part-time main office staff, including Office Coordinator, Attendance Clerk, and Outreach and Culture Coordinator, employed by the Employer. Excluded: Confidential employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All hourly employees of all General Porpoise cafes/doughnut shops, and commissary kitchen and bakery operated by General Porpoise Doughnuts and Coffee LLC to include baristas and bakers, and hourly leads who perform the same work as one of the aforementioned roles. Excluded: Employees of other restaurants and bars operated as separate DBAs under the similarly named General Porpoise LLC (eg Bateau), executives under the Sea Creatures brand, and supervisors as defined under the NLRA.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Lead Pharmacy Technicians, and Inventory Specialists employed by the Employer at its facility located at 26916 Maple Valley Black Diamond Rd SE, Maple Valley WA, 98038 (store #1471). Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, guards, confidential employees, managerial employees, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: lncluded: All full-time and regular part-time employees employed by the Employer at its 8490 Castleton Corner Dr, Indianapolis, IN store. Excluded: All professional employees, managers, including sales managers, confidential employees, office clerical employees, guards and asset protection employees, and supervisors as defined by the Act.
