The parties stipulate to use of this formula, set forth in Davison-Paxon Co., 185 NLRB 21, 23-24 (1970), to determine voter eligibility. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that Assistant Store Managers may vote in the election, but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved.
