Unit Sought: Present Unit: All full-time and regular-part-time employees in the classification of Fulfillment Center Generalist - Advanced, Fulfillment Center Generalist - Legend, Inventory Specialist - Advanced and Inventory Specialist -Legend employed by the Employer at its Syracuse, New York facility, excluding office clerical employees, customer service employees, managers, guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees. Proposed Unit: All full time and regular part time employees of the Employer working at its Syracuse NY fulfilment/authentication center, including employees in the classifications of Fulfillment Center Generalist, Fulfillment Center Generalist - Advanced, Fulfillment Center Generalist- Legend Inventory Specialist, Inventory Specialist - Advanced and invventory specialist - Legend, Ops Lead, Ops Lead - Advanced Ops Lead - Legend, FC R&D Spec - Legend, FC R&D Lead - Legend, Machine Technician, Quality Auditor, Compliance Specialist, Seller Compliance Spec, Training Facilitator and Training Specialist. Excluding: Office clerical employees, Customer Service employees, managers, guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part-time Plumbers, Sprinklerfitters, HVAC techs, Boiler techs, Welders and apprentices/helpers preforming service and new installations employed by Maxwell Plumb Mechanical Corp. Excluded: All other employees, dispatchers, customer service reps, materials coordinators office clerical employees, supervisors, guards, and managers as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time miners at Mines Nos. 4, 5, and 7 and the central shop and warehouse employees Excluded: All other employees, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
