Excluded: Office clerical employees, all other employees, managers, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time drivers and monitors employed by the Employer at its 1218 Central Industrial Drive, St. Louis, Missouri facility, EXCLUDED: all maintenance, dispatchers, office and clerical employees and professional employees, managers and supervisors as defined in the Act. 

Unit Sought: Included: EMTS, Paramedics, Registered Nurses, Field Training Officers, Dispatchers, Shift Supervisors, full time and part time inclusive. Excluded: Any and all management.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time employees engaged in the installation, maintenance, and/or repair of automatic fire protection systems. Excluded: Supervisors as defined under the Act, guards, designers, delivery personnel and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time and regular part-time bus drivers. Excluded: All office clerical workers, dispatchers, mechanics/technicians, guards,monitors, supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: Mixer Driver, Mechanic 1, Mechanic II, Mechanic III, Plant and Pit Truck Driver, Greasers, Sweeper, Utility, Employed by the Employer in San Diego County.
