Unit Sought: Included: All employees employed by the employer performing duties set forth in Article VI of the recently expired Building and Construction Agreement between the Mechanical Contractors Association of Metropolitan Washington, Inc. and Steamfitters Local 602, United Association, and all emplyees performing duties as set forth in Article III of the Supplemental Service Agreement who are employed in the territorial area set forth in Section 3 of the Building and Construction Agreement. Excluded: All other employees of the Employer and all office clerical employees and guards as defined in the Act, as amended.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Restorative Nursing Assistants (RNAs), Nursing Assistants, Dietary Aides, Cooks, and Housekeepers employed by the employer at its Weed, California facility; Excluded: All all LVNs, RNs, and all other employees, department heads, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.
