Unit Sought: Included: All student workers as defined below. Student workers is defined as those who are (1) enrolled as undergraduate students, full-time or part-time, at Macalester College and (2) employed by Macalester College as non-exempt, hourly employees or employees receiving a stipend, including those in a research fellowship Excluded: The term "student workers" does not include (1) students whose sole "employment" relationship with Macalester College is an entirely externally grant funded position (2) students who were formerly, but are no longer enrolled as undergraduate students at Macalester College, or (3) students who were formerly, but are not longer, non-exempt hourly employees or stipend receivers of Macalester College.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Warehouse Technicians and Loaders employed by the Employer at the Employer’s facility located at 13579 Whittram Ave., Fontana, CA 92335. Excluded: All other employees, managerial employees, professional employees, confidential employees, office, clerical, and administrative employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act, as amended.
