Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time non-supervisory employees employed at the Employer's facility located at 296 Kent Avenue, Brooklyn, NY, including but not limited to, all Budtenders, Delivery Drivers, Delivery Supervisors, Inventory Specialists, Inventory Supervisors, Sales Floor Supervisors, and Security employees. Excluded: All Assistant Store Managers, General Managers, supervisors, guards, and employees excluded under the National Labor Relations Act or policy of the National Labor Relations Board.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time service advisors who are employed by the Employer at their 15502 Manchester Rd. Ellisville, MO facility. Excluded: All other Employees; Office Clerical Employees, Professional Employees, guards and Supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Employees Included: All part-time faculty teaching at Stevenson University both in-person or online. Employees Excluded: All other employees, full-time faculty, managers, guards and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All postdoctoral researchers who provide services to the University of Pennsylvania, including Postdoctoral Researchers, Postdoctoral Fellows, NRSA Postdoctoral Fellows, and Research Associates.
