Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full time, regular part time or overhire employees who have worked for the employer on at least two productions for at least a total of ?ve working days over a one-year period preceding March 31, 2025, or at least a total of ?fteen days over a two-year period preceding March 31, 2025 in the DCPA scene, paint, and prop shops performing scenic carpentry, painting, props purchasing and prop creation, construction and fabrication for the DCPA. This presently includes the job classi?cations of Scenic Painter, Scenic Artist, Carpenter, Props Carpenter, Scenic Carpenter, Prop(s) Artisan, Lead Scenic Carpenter, Lead Scenic Painter, Scenic Technician, Shop Purchaser, Props Shopper, and Scenic Purchaser. EXCLUDED: Office clerical employees, managerial employees, guards, professional employees and supervisors as de?ned in the Act and all other employees.
