2023年11月28日,第2区—曼哈顿区域主管批准了一份涉及Liangtse Wellness One, LLC的和解协议。Liangtse Wellness One, LLC是一所在曼哈顿市中心提供自然保健与按摩服务的水疗馆。这份和解协议解决了Flushing Workers Center提出的不公正劳务行为指控。指控提到非法指令、威胁以及解雇两名提出工作安排问题的员工。第2区已确定不公正劳务行为指控是有理有据的,发出了投诉,并计划在和解批准之日开始审判。

在这份和解协议中,Liangtse Wellness One, LLC同意马上恢复两名员工的职务,支付损失的工资与福利,阅读、张贴以及用电子形式分发全国劳工关系局向员工发出的有关员工权利的中英文通知,并还把通知发在微信(受欢迎的中文即时通讯平台)上。Liangtse Wellness One, LLC还同意让其经理及主管参加全国劳工关系局提供的有关《全国劳资关系法》(National Labor Relations Act)赋予员工的权利的培训。

“我在此赞扬第2区工作人员就本案展开的调查工作,并获得了极佳的和解协议。”全国劳工关系局第2区区域主管John D. Doyle, Jr.说。他还说:“我在此还赞扬Liangtse Wellness One, LLC达成和解协议以便在无需诉讼的情况下就违法行为做出补救,允许两名员工重返工作岗位,向员工告知《全国劳资关系法》赋予他们的权利,并积极接受本机构向其经理以及主管提供的培训以避免在将来出现违法行为。”
