William A. Baudler was appointed Regional Director of the Oakland Regional Office (Region 32) in 2011. Mr. Baudler began his career with the NLRB in the Appellate Court Branch in Washington, D.C., where he worked from 1987 until 1996, at which time he transferred to Region 20 in San Francisco. There, Mr. Baudler served as both a Supervisory Attorney and Deputy Regional Attorney before being appointed in 2003 to Regional Attorney in Oakland, which position he continued to hold until his appointment to Regional Director of Region 32.
A native of Austin, Minnesota, Mr. Baudler received his B.A. degree from the University of Minnesota in 1975 and his J.D. degree from the University of Minnesota School of Law in 1979.
